1. Scope of the Agreement

These Master Operating Rules establish a binding legal contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and the entity managing the NewLine ecosystem (the "Operator", "NewLine", "we", or "us"). By executing a registration, depositing cash, or partaking in any betting activity, you formally consent to every stipulation within this document, alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming directives.

The Operator holds the authority to amend this contract at its discretion. Any significant updates will be communicated directly via email, on-site alerts, or pop-up notifications. Your continuous use of the platform after such notifications implies your acceptance of the revised rules. Should you reject the new terms, you are obligated to cease all platform activity and initiate the account closure process detailed below.

  • Creating duplicate accounts or registering on behalf of a third party.
  • Deploying VPNs, TOR networks, anonymous proxies, or any technology engineered to mask your true geographic location.
  • Exploiting promotional offers (bonus abuse), which includes coordinated low-risk betting patterns, hedging bets across multiple accounts, or acting against the intended spirit of a bonus.
  • Using scraping tools, automated bots, AI scripts, or unauthorized software to navigate the site, execute bets, or create accounts automatically.
  • Participating in match-fixing rings, leveraging insider information, or manipulating sportsbook markets.
  • Laundering money, bypassing global sanctions, financing terrorism, or executing any illegal financial maneuvers.
  • Hacking the platform infrastructure, reverse-engineering casino software, or exploiting unpatched bugs to guarantee payouts.
  • Directing threats, severe verbal abuse, or harassment toward our customer support agents or other players across any communication channel.

5. Territorial Limits

NewLine is unavailable to individuals residing in regions where internet gambling is legally prohibited, or where the Operator explicitly chooses not to offer its services. By signing up, you confirm you are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction. We maintain a dynamic list of Restricted Jurisdictions which can be amended instantly without prior warning.

The burden lies entirely on the Player to confirm the legality of online betting in their home region prior to depositing. The Operator does not dispense legal advice. If your local laws mandate a legal gambling age strictly higher than 18, that elevated minimum age applies to you. Accounts verified as underage will be terminated, all betting action voided, and original deposits returned.

6. Suspension & Self-Exclusion

The Operator retains the absolute right to suspend or close an Account at our discretion. 12. Limitation of Liability

In the event of a valid claim arising from this agreement, the Operator's absolute maximum aggregate liability to you is strictly capped at the total amount of real money you deposited during the 30-day window immediately preceding the incident. The Operator completely disclaims liability for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed opportunities, loss of profits, or reputational harm.

13. Penalties for Violations

If you violate any mandate within this contract, the Operator holds the right to execute any combination of the following penalties at its sole discretion:

  • Immediately freeze or permanently close your Account.

  • Seize all active bonuses and derived bonus winnings.
  • Halt pending withdrawals until a full security audit is completed.

Executing one of these remedies does not preclude the Operator from simultaneously applying any other legal or contractual remedy available.

14. Grievance Filing Procedure

16. Severability & Amendments

If any single provision within these Master Operating Rules is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific clause will be severed. The remainder of the contract will continue in full force and effect. Furthermore, if the Operator delays enforcing a specific rule, it does not mean we waive the right to enforce it in the future.

The Operator is permitted to assign its rights and duties under this contract to a successor entity (for instance, during a corporate buyout, merger, or restructuring) without requiring the Player's consent, provided the new entity agrees to honor the existing obligations to users.

This document, combined with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming framework, constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and the Operator, completely overriding any prior verbal or written promises.
